Quotes and validity
All prices are quoted per person on twin-sharing basis unless stated otherwise, and remain valid for seven days from the date of the quote. Prices are subject to change if hotel availability, airfare or government levies change before confirmation.
Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed only on receipt of 25% of the tour cost. The balance is payable seven days before departure. For peak season, festival dates and international packages, different advance terms may apply and will be stated in writing on your quote.
Documents and permits
You are responsible for carrying valid photo ID for all travellers, and a valid passport with the required visa for international travel. We assist with inner-line permits and visa filing but cannot guarantee approval by any authority.
Changes to the itinerary
Mountain and island travel is weather-dependent. Where roads close, ferries are cancelled or permits are refused, we will provide the closest reasonable alternative. Any cost difference is settled at actuals, either way.
Our liability
We act as a booking agent for hotels, transport operators, airlines and activity providers. We are not liable for loss, injury or delay caused by those third parties, by weather, by acts of government or by circumstances beyond reasonable control. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is included in our international packages.
Conduct
We reserve the right to end a traveller's trip without refund where behaviour endangers others, breaks local law or repeatedly disrupts the group.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Indian law and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts at Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.
