How quickly do you reply?+

Within three working hours on weekdays and by the next morning on Sundays. If your travel date is inside seven days, call instead of writing — we will answer faster.

Can I visit your office?+

Yes. We are on Churat Road near Ved Vatika, Crusher, Shimla — open Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 7:30 pm. It helps to call ahead so the right trip manager is in.

Do you handle group and corporate bookings?+

Regularly. School groups, college trips, corporate offsites and wedding travel are a large part of our work. Share the headcount and we will send a group quote with a coordinator assigned.

What payment methods do you accept?+

Bank transfer, UPI, and all major cards through a payment link. Every payment gets a GST invoice. We never ask for cash without a receipt.
