What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address, travel dates and any trip preferences you share. If you book, we additionally collect the details required by hotels, airlines and permit authorities — typically ID proof, date of birth and, for international travel, passport details.
How we use it
Your information is used to prepare your quote, make bookings on your behalf, obtain permits and stay in touch during the trip. We may send you occasional offers by WhatsApp or email; you can ask us to stop at any time and we will.
Who we share it with
Only with the hotels, transport operators, airlines, insurers and permit offices needed to deliver your booking. We do not sell traveller data to anyone, and we do not share it with marketing companies.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for two years. Booking records are kept for eight years as required under Indian tax law. You can ask us to delete anything not required by law by writing to info@thetraveltribes.com.
