Cancellation by you
Written cancellation received 21 days or more before departure: 10% of tour cost retained. 20 to 8 days: 30% retained. 7 to 4 days: 50% retained. Within 72 hours of departure or no-show: no refund. Cancellation takes effect from the date we receive it in writing, not the date it was sent.
Flights, trains and third-party bookings
Airline, railway, cruise and event tickets follow the operator's own cancellation rules, which often allow no refund at all. These charges are deducted in addition to the slabs above and are shown at actuals.
Peak season and special departures
Char Dham helicopter slots, New Year and festival dates, Andaman and international packages carry non-refundable components. Where this applies, it is stated in writing on your quote before you pay.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel a departure for any reason within our control, you receive a full refund or a free date change, at your choice. Where a trip is cut short by weather, landslide, road closure or government order, we refund the unused, recoverable portion — not services already delivered.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days to the original payment method. Bank charges, payment gateway fees and applicable GST on the retained amount are not refundable.
